Pay only for what's used

You don't lease the machine. There's no flat monthly fee. No long-term contract. You pay $1.50 per cup consumed, billed monthly. We do ask for a minimum of 250 cups/week (~36/day) — below that, our weekly service visit costs more than the cups generate, and the math stops working for both of us. Aligned incentives: we only make money when your team actually drinks the coffee. If they stop, we have to earn them back.

Onsite service every week — zero labor for your team

The same coffee concierge — me, the owner — shows up weekly. I restock beans and supplies, refill water, deep-clean the machine, run diagnostics, and answer your team's questions. Your team has zero responsibilities. No refilling, no cleaning, no ordering, no babysitting. If something breaks, I'm onsite within four hours with a replacement. What's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a floor: 250 cups/week minimum (~36/day). Below that, our weekly service visit costs more than the cups generate, and we'd lose money showing up. Above that, our incentives are aligned with yours — we make money when your team drinks coffee, so the coffee has to be good. No contracts, no flat fees, no setup costs. You pay $1.50 for every cup your team actually drinks, and nothing else.

Where do your beans actually come from?

Texas. Every bag of The Workday Blend is roasted by a local Texas roaster within driving distance of your office, then delivered to you within a week of roast date. We choose Texas roasters on purpose — coffee tastes better fresh, the supply chain is shorter, and your coffee budget stays in the state and supports the small businesses that make North Texas worth working in.

What's "The Workday Blend"?

A medium roast we developed with our Texas roasting partner specifically for office settings. It's balanced enough for black coffee drinkers, rich enough for cappuccinos and lattes, and forgiving enough that the espresso shot still tastes great whether your team brews it at 7am or 4pm. We can also swap in single-origin or dark-roast options for offices that want variety.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No contracts. Period. Cancel any time, for any reason, with 30 days notice so we can pick up the machine cleanly. There's nothing to lock you in — no signing bonus to claw back, no setup fee, no early-termination charge. We win our customers by being good, not by trapping them.

What if the machine breaks?

You call or text. We fix the machine within 24 hours — and if we can't, we drop off a working replacement so your team is never without coffee. We own the equipment, so broken machines are our problem, not yours.

Do you plumb in the machine?

No plumbing needed. Our machines use a self-contained water reservoir we refill on service visits. Installation takes 30 minutes and requires only a standard 120V outlet.

How does the per-cup billing actually work?

Every commercial bean-to-cup machine has an internal cup counter that logs every drink served. We read it on each service visit. At month-end, we send one invoice: total cups × $1.50, plus Texas sales tax (8.25%). No flat fees, no surprise charges. The 250 cups/week minimum applies — if your team drinks less, you're billed for 250 (~$375/week or ~$1,625/month) so we can keep covering the weekly service.

What if our team is small — only 10 or 15 people?

Honestly — probably not yet. Our 250 cups/week minimum (~36/day) usually needs around 20+ regular coffee drinkers to comfortably clear. A 10-15 person team might hit it on busy weeks but not every week, and a steady billed-minimum can feel rough when actual usage is lower. If you're close to 20 and growing, let's talk — a free trial week will tell us together. If you're under 15, a quality pod machine you own outright is probably your best bet for now. Happy to recommend a few.

Can I keep my existing coffee setup?

Of course. Many of our customers keep their drip brewer for high-volume meeting days and use our bean-to-cup machine for daily quality coffee. We're not asking you to throw anything away.
