Speed and luxury, in your own breakroom. Premium bean-to-cup machines installed free, with beans roasted fresh each week by local Texas roasters. We come weekly to service the machine and restock supplies — your team does nothing. Pay only per cup. No contracts. No flat monthly fees.
No equipment to buy. No contract, no flat monthly fee. Cancel any time for any reason. We just ask for a 250 cups/week minimum so the math works for both of us.
A premium commercial bean-to-cup espresso machine and full supply station. Delivered, set up, and brewing in 30 minutes. Self-contained — no plumbing required.
Every week we drive out to restock beans, supplies, and water. Deep-clean and calibrate the machine. 24-hour repair-or-replace guarantee. Your team does nothing.
$1.50 per cup, billed monthly. The machine counts every drink. Slow week? You pay less. Quiet month? Even less. No flat fees, no contracts — just a 250 cups/week floor (~36/day) so we can keep showing up.
Not pods. Not capsules. Not stale drip coffee from a thermal pot. A commercial-grade European espresso machine that grinds whole beans on demand for every cup. Espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, and iced lattes — all at the touch of a button.
We partner with local Texas roasters to roast The Workday Blend fresh each week — never more than days from the roaster to your machine. A balanced medium roast formulated specifically for our machines and your team's daily drinking. Your coffee budget stays in Texas, supporting local roasters and the small businesses that make this state worth working in.
You don't lease the machine. There's no flat monthly fee. No long-term contract. You pay $1.50 per cup consumed, billed monthly. We do ask for a minimum of 250 cups/week (~36/day) — below that, our weekly service visit costs more than the cups generate, and the math stops working for both of us. Aligned incentives: we only make money when your team actually drinks the coffee. If they stop, we have to earn them back.
The same coffee concierge — me, the owner — shows up weekly. I restock beans and supplies, refill water, deep-clean the machine, run diagnostics, and answer your team's questions. Your team has zero responsibilities. No refilling, no cleaning, no ordering, no babysitting. If something breaks, I'm onsite within four hours with a replacement. You're working with your neighbor in Little Elm, not a 1-800 number from another state.
Skeptical? You should be — most office coffee programs are mediocre. We install a machine, fully stock it, and let your team drink free for a full week. If they love it, we make it permanent. If not, we take it back and we both move on. No invoice, no obligations, no hard feelings.
Workday Coffee is proudly owned, operated, and run from Little Elm, Texas. Every bag of beans we serve is roasted by local Texas roasters and specially formulated for the Workday Blend. When you choose us, you're not just upgrading your office coffee — you're keeping your money in Texas, supporting small businesses, and helping local roasters grow. That's coffee with a conscience and a paper trail.
Better than the breakroom Bunn. Faster than the gas station run. Keeps your crew on-site and energized.
Patients wait. Make that wait better. Café-quality coffee for both your staff and the people sitting in your lobby — zero hassle for your front desk.
Make every client meeting a little more impressive. Make every late-night brief a little easier.
Quick-lube, oil change, tire, body, and repair shops. Customers wait 15–60+ minutes — give them café-quality coffee and watch your Google reviews mention it. Beats the burned pot of Folgers.
Premium amenity. Predictable cost. No staff barista needed. Your members brag about your coffee.
Upgrade from pods. Cut your team's Starbucks runs. Look like the workplace people want to come back to.
You name a Monday. We arrive with the machine, beans, cups, milk, everything. Setup takes 30 minutes. Your team drinks free for seven days. No contract, no commitment, no signup form.
Same machine stays in place. Same coffee. Same routine. We come back every week to refill, clean, and service. Your team's coffee habit is now solved — forever.
The machine counts every drink. At month-end you get one clean invoice: cups × $1.50, plus applicable Texas sales tax. No flat fees, no contracts. We do ask for 250 cups/week minimum (~36/day) so the weekly service visit pays for itself.
No flat monthly fee. No contract. Just $1.50 per cup your team actually drinks, plus a 250 cups/week minimum to keep things sustainable.
Compare: a Starbucks latte runs $6+. Workday is a quarter of that — made fresh, never leaves your office, and you're not driving anywhere.
There isn't one, but there is a floor: 250 cups/week minimum (~36/day). Below that, our weekly service visit costs more than the cups generate, and we'd lose money showing up. Above that, our incentives are aligned with yours — we make money when your team drinks coffee, so the coffee has to be good. No contracts, no flat fees, no setup costs. You pay $1.50 for every cup your team actually drinks, and nothing else.
Texas. Every bag of The Workday Blend is roasted by a local Texas roaster within driving distance of your office, then delivered to you within a week of roast date. We choose Texas roasters on purpose — coffee tastes better fresh, the supply chain is shorter, and your coffee budget stays in the state and supports the small businesses that make North Texas worth working in.
A medium roast we developed with our Texas roasting partner specifically for office settings. It's balanced enough for black coffee drinkers, rich enough for cappuccinos and lattes, and forgiving enough that the espresso shot still tastes great whether your team brews it at 7am or 4pm. We can also swap in single-origin or dark-roast options for offices that want variety.
No contracts. Period. Cancel any time, for any reason, with 30 days notice so we can pick up the machine cleanly. There's nothing to lock you in — no signing bonus to claw back, no setup fee, no early-termination charge. We win our customers by being good, not by trapping them.
You call or text. We fix the machine within 24 hours — and if we can't, we drop off a working replacement so your team is never without coffee. We own the equipment, so broken machines are our problem, not yours.
No plumbing needed. Our machines use a self-contained water reservoir we refill on service visits. Installation takes 30 minutes and requires only a standard 120V outlet.
Every commercial bean-to-cup machine has an internal cup counter that logs every drink served. We read it on each service visit. At month-end, we send one invoice: total cups × $1.50, plus Texas sales tax (8.25%). No flat fees, no surprise charges. The 250 cups/week minimum applies — if your team drinks less, you're billed for 250 (~$375/week or ~$1,625/month) so we can keep covering the weekly service.
Honestly — probably not yet. Our 250 cups/week minimum (~36/day) usually needs around 20+ regular coffee drinkers to comfortably clear. A 10-15 person team might hit it on busy weeks but not every week, and a steady billed-minimum can feel rough when actual usage is lower. If you're close to 20 and growing, let's talk — a free trial week will tell us together. If you're under 15, a quality pod machine you own outright is probably your best bet for now. Happy to recommend a few.
We're based in Little Elm, TX and currently service the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metro: Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Prosper, Celina, The Colony, Carrollton, Lewisville, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas. Of course. Many of our customers keep their drip brewer for high-volume meeting days and use our bean-to-cup machine for daily quality coffee. We're not asking you to throw anything away.
Tell us about your workplace. We'll come install a machine, stock it with The Workday Blend roasted right here in Texas, and let your team drink free for seven days. If they love it, we make it permanent. If not, we take it back. No commitment, no hard sell — just Texans helping Texans drink better coffee at work.
